Welcome to CDMMM database
CDMMM is a comprehensive database of Indian medicinal plants used in different drug formulations. It consists of experimentally obtained DNA barcode sequences, unique metabolite fingerprints with superclass and compound class information along with unique predictive human protein targets mapped to various diseases. Our database promotes knowledge by sharing comprehensive information on plant DNA barcodes and metabolite fingerprints in the field of taxonomy and systematics for species identification and resolving taxonomic uncertainties, and pharmaceutical industry for identifying novel compounds with potential therapeutic properties in the drug discovery process
